Small Chops
Our Story

Made with
purpose.

Small Chops was born from a conviction that the best Ghanaian street food deserves to be treated with the same care and craft as any fine dining experience.

Small Chops kitchen

Small Chops was created from a simple idea: to take something deeply familiar and elevate it into a more refined, modern experience.

Growing up, small chops have always been part of our culture — present at celebrations, gatherings, and everyday moments of connection. They carry a sense of nostalgia, comfort, and community. We saw an opportunity to reimagine this in a way that reflects how people want to dine and socialise today.

What drives us is the desire to create a space where people can enjoy these well-loved flavours in an environment that feels considered, stylish, and welcoming. We are passionate about presentation, consistency, and attention to detail — ensuring that every plate served not only tastes great, but looks and feels elevated.

Small Chops is about more than just food. It's about bringing people together, creating moments, and offering a version of something familiar that feels new, refined, and worth sharing.

What We Stand For

Three things we never compromise

Quality First

We use premium ingredients in every item. If it doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't leave the kitchen.

Cultural Authenticity

Our recipes are rooted in Ghanaian tradition. Elevated presentation, never compromised flavour.

Community at the Core

Small chops are food for celebration, for sharing, for gathering. That spirit is in everything we do.
